All paid orders are dispatched weekly, with some exceptions (i.e. pre-orders could be sent on different days, this will be clear on the item’s description) or public holidays. I work with InTime Delivery. Take in account a delivery time of 2-3 business days on orders within the Netherlands, after I have sent the order. With the exception of public holidays. International orders are expected to be delivered within two weeks after I sent the order. I am not responsible for delays by mail.
SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT or GST:
If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:
Be sure to double check that your shipping address is completely correct. If for some reason your order is completed with an incorrect address, message me ASAP and so I can hopefully catch it before the package is mailed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
